For nearly five years I produced revenue diagnostic reports used by private equity firms to make investment and portfolio decisions — translating fragmented commercial data into clear, defensible analysis across customer economics, revenue efficiency, pipeline health, and product retention.

The work sat at the intersection of finance and commercial operations: understanding not just what a business was doing, but what the numbers revealed about its underlying health, risks, and growth potential.

In 2024 I stepped back deliberately — and applied that same analytical lens to evaluating businesses firsthand, pursuing a serious acquisition of a Dallas-based medical wellness practice through full financial due diligence and legal structuring.

Pursued acquisition of a Dallas-based medical wellness practice. Conducted financial due diligence, built independent models from limited data, engaged legal counsel, and negotiated equity structure before being outbid.

Assisted in the buildout and daily operations of two Houston-based mining facilities running 900+ miners with significant infrastructure and operational complexity.
